Witchbrook sets January 28 release date and confirms PS5 for launch

Witchbrook now has a firm launch date: January 28, 2027. Chucklefish announced the date on October 27 and confirmed that PlayStation 5 joins the launch lineup. The life sim set at a magic school is also coming to PC through Steam, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

Digital release first, physical editions later

The announced US digital price is $24.99. Other regional prices will be shared later, so that dollar figure should not be read as a confirmed euro price. Standard and Collector's physical editions are planned after the digital launch, but the announcement does not give them a separate release date yet.

A school-life adventure with friends

Developed by Chucklefish and Robotality, Witchbrook combines magical studies with everyday life in its pixel-art world. The official media information confirms online co-op for up to four players. If you are planning to play with friends, you can start with the January release date and confirmed platforms. Details on physical availability are still to come.
