What does this release include?
Auroch Digital continues the retro-styled shooting of Boltgun with a branching campaign and a second playable warrior. Malum Caedo returns, while Sister of Battle Nyra Veyrath brings a different identity to the roster. The developer identifies the sequel as a single-player game, so the addition of another protagonist should not be read as confirmation of a cooperative mode. The story follows the original game into new locations.
What to check before playing
The official FAQ says the release is digital only, with no physical version currently planned. It also separates the Nintendo Switch 2 version from the initial PC and console launch: that edition is described as following later, without an exact date in the cited FAQ. Players waiting for that version should therefore avoid applying the October launch date to it. Confirm the specific platform and format before buying.
